Boiler fan swap. 🔧

This is a common one. When a boiler's fan starts to fail, you'll often get it locking out, an error code, or the boiler firing up then cutting out. No working fan, no safe combustion, so the boiler shuts itself down.
Diagnosed, stripped down, old fan out, new one in, tested and back up and running. A repair like this gets a boiler going again without the cost of a full replacement, as long as the rest of the unit's worth saving.

Boiler locking out or throwing error codes? Don't write it off, it may be a fixable fault.

The bit on the outside wall. 🔧
Every gas boiler needs a flue, this is where the exhaust gases safely exit the property, terminated cleanly through the external wall with a proper weather collar.

Where the flue sits, how far it is from windows, doors and boundaries, and how it's sealed all have to meet strict Gas Safe regulations. It's not just poked through a hole, position and clearances matter for safety and a bad flue install is one of the most common faults we're called out to fix.

Get it right and it's neat, safe and out of the way for the life of the boiler.

Seven-zone underfloor heating manifold plumbed in and ready to go. Each loop feeds a different area, with flow meters up top to balance every zone individually, a blending valve and pump to hold the water at the right temperature, and copper flow and return run in clean above.
Underfloor heating gives you even, comfortable warmth across the whole floor. No cold spots, no radiators eating your wall space, and it runs efficiently at lower temperatures. The manifold's the heart of it, and getting it set up right is what makes the whole system perform.

Five copper runs off the boiler, every one clipped straight, evenly spaced, and swept through clean bends along the floor. MagnaClean filter on the return to keep sludge out from day one.
This is the bit that gets hidden behind the casing within the hour but it's the bit that separates a proper install from a rushed one. Neat copper isn't just for show: it's easier to service, easier to fault-find, and it's a sign the whole job's been done with care.

MagnaCleanse filters hooked up and running, chemical cleaner dosed into the system — this is a proper powerflush, not just pushing water round.
The cleaner breaks down the black iron oxide sludge clinging inside your radiators and pipework, then the magnetic filters trap it as it circulates so it's pulled out for good rather than just shifted around. Cold spots on the rads, a boiler that's noisy or slow to heat, rising bills — sludge is usually behind it.
Once it's flushed and dosed with inhibitor, the system flows properly and runs like it should.

Flat-panel vertical radiator fitted in a textured stone finish, slots neatly onto a narrow strip of wall between the window and patio doors where a normal rad would never fit.
TRV on one side for thermostatic control, lockshield on the other, feeds tidied in below. The tall slim shape puts out plenty of heat without eating into the floor space, and the finish is a proper step up from a plain white panel.
Awkward gap of wall going to waste? A vertical rad turns it into usable heat.
