Very pleased to be invited back recently after a chance meeting with a former client in Tesco to see this completed project in Llanreath, Pembroke Dock. The transformation of this terraced house from its original dated appearance to a modern family home is fantastic to see.
My client’s interior design of the property and the spaces we created by the extensions and it's refurbishment is truly remarkable and have created the wow factor throughout the dwelling.
The project consisted of a large open plan Kitchen / Dining / Family Lounge Area wrap around extension to the rear & side of the property with feature flat roof windows, lightwells, large bi-fold doors to the rear of the extension to maximise internal natural light and take in the views up the Milford Haven Waterway. A Utility / Boot Room, Ground Floor Shower Room was also created. A Detached Garage constructed in the Rear Garden.
