We supply all spares/parts and controls such as the boilers Fan,Pcb,Electrode,Heatexchanger, sensors, flowswitch,Gas valve, and many more. We founded our company, The HeatXchange Ltd. , in the year 2000, because at that time we felt the trade and its customers deserved more than the level of service that was prevalent, characterised by a lack of in-depth knowledge of the products and less than a comprehensive and fully accessible service. So, the opportunity was taken to address this sorry state of affairs: The HeatXchange Ltd was launched with a completely fresh and professional approach centred on customer service and customer satisfaction, combined with a competitive pricing strategy. A trade counter was established with thousands of stock lines, sourced through direct accounts with major boiler manufactures, immediately ensuring a guaranteed supply of a full range of heating spares available on tap. The HeatXchange Ltd. , as an independent Company, has the advantage that heating spares can be sourced from hundreds of suppliers without the restrictions that would otherwise apply to individual purchasing agreements, which many of our competitors do have. This universal sourcing is supported by an unbeatable delivery service ( free of charge to Account Holders in the West Midlands), whether it is an order for a gasket through to a complete heat exchanger. Moreover, in these first few years of business , we have become specialists in stocking and sourcing heating spares for commercial applications, domestic boilers, warm air units, cookers, gas fires, and water heaters: covering both British and European appliances. Additionally, we have also become adept at supplying heating spares deemed obsolete - just ask, we may suprise you! So The HeatXchange Ltd. , has not stood still, and is still being developed. The latest venture is the internet site and shop which you have visited and which improves your accessibility and extends the service provide, making it easier for you to identify the heating spares that you require and purchase,24/7.
