PART TWO: CONSTITUTION STREET LEITH FULL TRANSFORMATION

Behold the stunning reveal! We've breathed new life into two tired offices, transforming them into a chic one-bedroom flat, a cozy two-bedroom flat, and a refreshed communal staircase – all ready to be called "home."

Do you prefer a wet room aesthetic with tiled surfaces, or do you, like our clients, appreciate a warmer, more character-rich atmosphere? In this project, we've incorporated a feature wall, which we believe adds an element of elegance and vibrancy to this compact space. The design's focus is on the feature itself, negating the need for additional colorful accessories to enhance the room.
