Great news... we have been back on site this week.

We have finally sourced the bricks for the client and they have arrived on site.

One part of the steel frame is up. ✔️

We have started to get the main run of surface water drains in. ✔️

We are also at DPC ready to install the sub floor next week.✔️

We have also had Oscar on site helping this week. FOLLOW US ✔️ 🧐 to see our next post of what he has been learning this week. 💪

🚧 Quick Update! 🚧

We've been a little quiet on Facebook recently because we've been busy on site working hard across a number of projects.

Here's a progress photo from one of our current jobs, We are looking forwards to getting the windows installed along with the aluminium copings to make the extension water tight. Then the team can push on with the internals.

This project has certainly kept us on our toes from the start! We uncovered drainage in locations we weren't expecting, but by designing and installing bespoke structural steelwork, we were able to overcome the challenges while meeting Building Control's approval.

We're looking forward to sharing more updates as this project progresses, so keep an eye on our page!

We have today completed emergency repair works within the gardens of a listed building following damage caused by a vehicle impact, which left a section of the wall in an unsafe condition.

All necessary measures were taken to ensure the immediate safety and stability of the structure. The repairs were carried out using an appropriate heritage lime mortar to match the existing materials, in keeping with conservation requirements for listed buildings.

The works have been completed sensitively and in line with best practice to preserve the character and integrity of the structure.

We have had lots of positive feedback from the local residents. 🙌

We’ve reached the DPC stage on our rear single-storey extension 🚧

Had Oscar on site today helping us push things along 💪 and he absolutely smashed it!

✔️ Helped level and lay the stone.
✔️ Installed the damp proof membrane.
✔️ Mixed and laid concrete.
✔️ Even found time to tidy up by putting some temporary pavers back on the patio.

Top effort all round. Great to see the progress coming together!

New extension project kicked off yesterday here in Hull 🏡

It’s been a busy few days getting everything ready for the footing pour. We also managed to locate the main sewer, not quite where we expected it to be, but that’s part of the job!

Concrete pump day tomorrow 💪🙌
