Called out to a property for a strong smell of gas 🏠💨

Gas test confirmed a leak within the property. Checked all visible pipework above ground — but as usual, the issue was hiding below the floorboards 😬⬇️

Lifted the boards and found a leaking 15mm compression bend and damaged pipework. Cut out the faulty section and replaced using 15mm gas-rated press fittings 🔧🔥

Gas made safe and leak resolved ✅
