Another project completed for Renfrewshire Council! 🔨

Our team removed the graffiti, pressure washed the communal close and repaired a crack in the ceiling. All surfaces were prepared and sanded back before painting to achieve a clean, professional finish.

The finishing work included:

🔹 Painting the communal areas
🔹 Priming and applying two coats of oil-based gloss to the new doors
🔹 Painting the bannister spindles in white oil-based satin

Sustainable landscaping in the Paisley area.

This was a contracted landscaping project for Renfrewshire Council, completed using 14 tonnes of Type 1 recycled aggregate across the sites.

At this location, our team installed a dropped kerb as part of the landscaping works.

Using recycled aggregate helped reduce waste and the carbon footprint associated with using brand-new materials, while giving the site a solid, reliable foundation for the landscaping works.

Quality landscaping with sustainability in mind. 🌿

🏡 Another paving project completed by Craig’s Contracts.

This customer had originally contacted us about a new slabbing project but decided to go with another contractor. After a couple of months, she got back in touch with us when the other company had let her down — so we stepped in and got the job completed.

The team:
🔹 Dug down 150mm
🔹 Built a frame to achieve the correct levels
🔹 Filled with 70mm of Type 1 aggregate and compacted
🔹 Laid 30mm of sand and cement mix
🔹 Installed the slabs
🔹 Completed the full project in just 3 days

Another job completed properly, with the right preparation and attention to detail. 👷‍♂️

🚗 Made More Room for the New Car!

When our customer needed extra space to get their new car safely into the driveway, we got to work.

Using a Stihl saw, we carefully cut through the existing concrete wall and removed the section that was restricting access. The wall foundations extended around 3 inches below ground level, so the job required careful cutting and removal.

Once the section was removed, we:
✅ Removed all waste materials
✅ Cleared and prepared the area
✅ Filled the void with fresh concrete
✅ Left the area clean, safe and ready for use

Another practical solution to make a customer's property work better for them. 🏡🔨

For this project, we removed an unwanted aerial from the property after the estate agent identified it as something that needed to be removed before the property went on the market.

A smarter approach to landscaping.

This was a contracted landscaping project for the local authority, Renfrewshire Council, in the Paisley area.

For this project, we used 14 tonnes of recycled aggregate instead of brand-new material, helping reduce waste and lower the carbon footprint of the work.

Choosing recycled materials can make a real difference — less waste sent to landfill and fewer emissions associated with producing new aggregate.

Quality landscaping with sustainability in mind. 🌿

A complete outdoor transformation ready for a special celebration! ✨

Our team laid approximately 65 m² of porcelain paving, transforming this prepared outdoor area into a clean, modern and practical space.

The ground was already level and prepared by the customer, allowing our team to focus on accurately laying the porcelain slabs and finishing the project with a quality jointing compound.

The result? A fresh, durable outdoor space ready for the customer’s important birthday bash! 🎉🏡
