Solving the problem before the decorating begins.

This property had suffered water damage caused by a leaking roof, so before starting the decorating work, we investigated the source of the issue.

Our team used a 450 AJ boom lift to safely access the roof and identified three key problems:

✅ A loose roof tile allowing water ingress
✅ A build-up of soil behind the chimney trapping moisture
✅ Lead flashing directing water where it shouldn't

All issues have now been rectified, and we're ready to move on to the next phase—decorating the property.

🌈 A colourful transformation for the community!

We’re proud to have played a part in improving the Sensory Garden for autistic children at Robertson Park, Renfrew.

To help create a cleaner, longer-lasting space, we carried out the following works:

✅ Power washed the paving slabs
✅ Applied jointing compound to help prevent w**d growth
✅ Applied a slab stabilising solution to the paving
✅ Applied 3–4 coats of specialist floor paint to create this vibrant sensory feature

This colourful addition enhances the sense of Sight, creating an engaging and inclusive environment for children and the wider community to enjoy.
