“The house I want to buy looks completely fine, doesn’t it?”

Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case. This is exactly why a popular Level 2 Home Survey can be so important.

A Level 2 survey is a thorough visual inspection of the home you’re buying. It’s usually suited to homes built post 1900 and in a reasonable condition.

During this type of survey, Chris will:
✔️ Assess how the property is constructed
✔️ Identify any defects or problem areas
✔️ Recommend repairs where needed
✔️ Highlight ongoing maintenance to help protect the property long-term

We use a clear traffic-light condition rating system to show you exactly what’s going on in each area of the property:
🟢 Green - no immediate issues
🟠 Amber - needs attention or monitoring
🔴 Red - requires urgent action

Once the results have been collected and a report generated, Chris will talk you through his findings, ensuring that every detail is understood and explained. You’ll have the tools you need to make an informed decision.
