Vw caddy maxi in full swing for a Micro camper conversation.
We Started it last week. We have gave the van a deep clean, upgraded the front seats from a vw touran. We manged to get the van fully boarded out, all the 12v and 240v cables in place, sound deaded and insulated, all the 4way stretch carpeting done (apart from 2x doors) we are ready to start manufacturing the furniture.

This is going to be a fully of grid micro camper with everything you need.
12v spot light's
12v diesel heater
120watt solar panle
Split charge relay
2x burner hob on pull out draw
Fully width slide out double bed
Kitchen unit with sink and tap
12v cello Tv
Usb socket throughout
12v to 240v inverter with added sockets
Storage cupboard for toilet
Loads of storage throughout.

Here's a little clip of how we installed the king-size pull out bed in the vw crafter campervan conversation we have been doing. Not far of being finished on this one. Couple more weekends work and we should be near on completed.

Hi everyone, not been on this page for awhile, we are hoping to be posting more in the coming weeks of our work over the past year. This is a 2012 VW crafter we are converting to a bespoke campervan. We started this back in Jan 2025 but it got put on hold, due to other commitments, so we have been working on it weekends, when we can. Fingerscrossed it will be finished by the end of Feb/March. Ready for the new owners adventures. Then we can start our next one.

Fully off grid 12v and 240v electric's, spot lights, reading lights, Diesel heater, Shower, toilet, hot and cold water, Pull out large double bed, oak worktop's and tables, gas hob, 12v/240v fridge, double swivel seat, loads of storage throughout, Bobil hybrid boiler, victron eletric system, solar panles, roof vents front and back, and loads more.....

Not a bad little win from Van Life Competitions last week. We manged to win a set of Rogue alloy wheels. Which will be going on the camper We are building atm..
We are hoping to receive them in the next few days.

We have recently completed this job on a listed building in Torquay.

We manufactured and installed these new arch head doors and sachs in to the exciting frames.

All manufactured out of sapele.

UPDATE. On the campervan build. Still got loads to do as you can see. We are hoping to have this van build completed by end of March/April.
