Progress pictures from a 2 story extension we are currently working on in Broadsands. This is going to add significant additional space to the existing property with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor along with a kitchen diner and bathroom downstairs, we will be recording progress from this project ongoing.

A tired terraced roof in Bridgetown totnes that was ready for renewing, stripped back, insulation topped up to meet building regulations, firebreak installed on cavity dividing wall to meet new fire regulations, two new top hung velux windows installed, all rotten wood removed and replaced and new leadwork installed, all ready for new solar panels to be installed on both properties

Structural opening formed and built ready for open plan kitchen inside, all blockwork, padstones and cavity work to building regulations, external galvanised beam space bolted to internal beam ready for sliding doors to be fitted and cladding reinstated, turned this one around in 3 days for on to the next !

Before and after of a recent rendering job we have done on Dartmouth road, stripped, cleaned down, rendagrip applied and 2 coat sand and cement system applied with a tyrolean finish, thanks to for the assist on this one, ready for a lick of paint when it’s had a few weeks to dry out and cure

Unreal view of cockington replacing two bay window flat roofs, definitely served its time swipe to see before and after! Makes all the difference when the sun is shining 🌞 heavy duty 600grm fibreglass system used as this is a high exposure elevation
