Another kitchen installed. This one was a little different as the customer bought it of market place.
So we had the job to carefully remove it from the original house and then transport it to the new destination and make the layout work.
Think it looks great and the customer has a new (to them) kitchen at a fraction of the cost.

Another knock through completed from the team. Much better with all that light coming through now.
We also put another support under the existing roof purlin as someone over the years has taken it upon themselves to remove it 😳.
All structurally sound now and ready to board☺️

2 en-suite back 2 back in a loft conversion ripped out due to previous poor workmanship😢.
- re boarded ✅
- new stud work✅
- new waterproof shower backer boards installed ✅
- re plastered✅
- tiled with slatted wood affect✅
- new lvt flooring ✅
Now ready for Benton Plumbing & Heating to finish it of with 2nd fix.

Old battered windows out and new upvc in with trickle vents. Also insulated,re boarded and plastered the dwarf wall below 👌

Another loft conversion with dorma completed just before Christmas. Such a great use of space.
Large bedroom ✅
Good size en-suite ✅
New slate roof✅
Fire doors fitted to meet regs✅
All completed under budget✅

Creating an opening in this wall to make these 2 rooms more sociable. And while we were there sorted the damp problem under the bay window. 👌enjoy

Nice little bathroom completed. Comfort height toilet installed to future proof for the older generation. Looks great and easy to maintain.

Another bathroom converted in to a wetroom with none slip floor and walk in shower. Bathroom wall panels to keep it quick and easy to clean and they look great 👌
