On on 4th of February 2022 we took over this project from the previous builders which left our client £70,000 down and homeless. Her house was left house completely unlivable and structurally unstable with most of the back being open to the elements. Our first task was removing the absurd amount of rubbish which was scattered around the site. Our next job was to remove the steel in the rear extension which the previous builders installed. This was structurally unsafe due to the steel being wrong and not the one specified. After all the previous works were put right we then set to build both front and rear extensions. To finish, the house was completely remodelled including a new a kitchen and utility room.
