Back on our Launton project and the new windows and French doors are now all fitted and sealed 👊🏻

The terracotta tile sills have also gone in beneath the windows, which tie in nicely with the rest of the property and finish everything off properly.

It’s those little details that stop a job looking like an add-on and make it look like it’s always been there.

Another project moving along nicely. More updates to come.

Back on our Launton project today 👊🏻

The team have been busy fitting the new doors and windows, while the plastering continues to come on nicely throughout the property.

One feature we’re particularly pleased with is the original stonework that’s been left exposed in the downstairs toilet. It’s a small detail, but one that adds plenty of character and helps retain a bit of the building’s history within the finished space.

Another project moving forward as planned, with plenty more to come over the next few weeks.

New garage roof completed over in Kidlington

The old asbestos roof was safely stripped and disposed of by Greenerways Environmental before we rebuilt the roof from the deck up with new OSB3 boards and an IKO Armourplan PVC membrane system.

Finished off with new drip edge trims and tied into the neighbouring felt roof to make sure both systems are fully watertight together.

Best part? Receiving cards like this from the homeowner afterwards

Let there be lead 💪🏼

The A & D team have teamed up with Yasmar roofing for this collab and the results speak for themselves! A stunning lead roof on this beautiful entrance porch in Longworth.

Thankfully managed to wrap this one up before the lead work became quite literally too hot to handle 🥵

Day 1 done over on our newest project in Middleton Stoney. We’ve started installation on two new dormer projections being built off the main roof structure.

The lads got the roof stripped and the internal blockwork down to floor level, all ready for the carpenter to begin cutting and crafting the new projections.

We can already see the huge difference this is going to make to the living space, with natural light pouring in and incredible views out across the surrounding greenery.

When the client becomes the call out 👀

Adam headed over to AP Creative Co HQ yesterday to repair this water ingress damage on their garden room.

Safe to say once it was opened up, things got a little worse before they got better 😅

But after a bit of graft and Adam doing his usual magician act with timber, the whole corner was rebuilt properly and sealed back up ready for summer ☀️

Luckily AP knew just the man for the job 😎
