At Marlake Landscaping, we’re always looking for ways to make landscaping projects more efficient — and our compact loader is a serious addition to the fleet.

With a 1.4-ton lifting capacity and an access width of just 1350mm, this machine can get into areas where larger plant simply can’t, while significantly increasing productivity on site.

Our compact loader can be used for:

• Shifting and loading waste soil and hardcore
• Flailing long grass, brambles and hawthorn
• Screening waste soil into a usable topsoil product
• Screening out clean, reusable hardcore from otherwise waste material
• Moving and loading materials around site
• Levelling and grading ground
• Handling muck, brash and other site waste

Project Complete in Evenley, Northamptonshire 📍

Working closely with our clients, we designed and constructed a garden centred around a generous new patio area, creating a much more practical space for outdoor dining, entertaining and relaxing.

The main patio was extended back into the existing lawn, totalling 101sqm of pre-sealed Egyptian Limestone patio area. The natural stone provides a timeless finish that works beautifully alongside the existing property and surrounding garden.

A Cotswold stone retaining wall was constructed to create the change in level up to the lawn, finished with Egyptian Limestone treads and cappings. Recessed lighting was also incorporated beneath the cappings, adding subtle illumination in the evenings.

To complete the entertaining space, we installed a bespoke oak-framed pergola, designed and manufactured by SDRB Joinery, incorporating a covered barbecue and bar area.

This garden has been transformed with this timeless outdoor space, featuring antique yellow limestone paving, a surrounding reclaimed stone wall, and a bespoke timber pergola to create a space that’s built to be enjoyed for years to come.

Every element has been carefully considered, from the mixed-size linear paving pattern and limestone setts through to the gravel detailing and traditional pointing, bringing together a finish that complements the character of the property beautifully.

We’ve recently finished two Antique Yellow Limestone patios, each designed to complement the style of the property while providing a durable, timeless outdoor space.
