❗️This customer had a loft conversion built onto there property. But was having problems with the toilet drainage. After sending a camera under the floor boards we found that the waste pipe had been installed horizontally across the whole property with no straps/clips which had caused the pipe to slope in the wrong direction also the vent pipe had been removed and not reinstalled❗️

✅️ We was able to give the waste a slope in the correct direction by strapping into position. Also reinstalled a vent within the toilet vanity unit ✅️
