🐾 #𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁.

Our designs need to work for the people who inhabit the spaces we create.

But let’s be honest… very often, it’s not just humans who live there! 🐶🐾

Since adopting Angie and Flynn, we’ve learnt that a few clever design choices can make a huge difference when it comes to cohabiting with muddy paws!

▪️ Easy-to-clean spaces for those post-walk moments

𝗕𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿!

With high temperatures, drought conditions and hosepipe bans becoming more common, it’s worth thinking about how we can all use water more wisely, at home and in the garden.

𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻:
• Collect rainwater with a water butt for your plants.
• Water early in the morning or later in the evening to reduce evaporation.
• Choose drought-resistant plants that need less watering.

𝗔𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲:
• Swap the hose for a bucket or watering can.
• Use a washing-up bowl, especially if the dishes take more than a minute!
• Choose eco modes on your dishwasher and washing machine.
• Keep showers short (around four minutes can make a big difference).
• Fix those leaks! A dripping tap can waste up to 15 litres a day, while a leaky loo can lose up to 400 litres.
