🏡 End of Tenancy Refresh Completed in Barnham 🏡

Another property transformed and ready for its next chapter!
This end-of-tenancy redecoration involved changing a very dark colour scheme to a fresh, natural magnolia throughout, helping to brighten the space and create a clean, welcoming feel for the new owners moving in.

The walls required preparation before decorating, and as you'll see in the before photos, there was previous filler work present which had been carried out before we arrived on site. Once prepared, the property was redecorated throughout to achieve a clean, fresh finish.

It's always rewarding to see how much difference a lighter colour scheme can make, completely opening up and brightening a room.

• Cracks filled and repaired
• Lots of prep, filling & sanding
• Finished with a two-tone colour scheme
• Woodwork matched to the top wall colour with fresh white doors and ceiling

*The walls are still wet in the photos so the colour will dry slightly lighter.
