es support, and much of our business relies on good ‘word of mouth’ recommendations. In terms of manufacture, delivery and installation of products, typical lead times are 3 to 4 weeks. However, as all roller shutter products are manufactured in our purpose-built factory we are in control of the complete supply process, and are able to supply products within a few days if circumstances require.

We're pleased to share this excellent review following the installation of an S76 steel security shutter on a domestic garage outbuilding.

Designed to provide robust security without compromising convenience, this installation also featured a wicket gate, allowing easy access to the building without the need to fully operate the shutter.

Recent installation completed at JT Hughes Fleet Centre, Shawbury, replacing an existing roller shutter door with a high-performance industrial sectional door.

Due to the site's limited headroom, the sectional door configuration allowed for a larger clear opening than was achievable with the previous roller shutter, improving both accessibility and operational efficiency.

The new double-skinned sectional door has been specifically designed for demanding industrial applications, with insulated panels providing excellent thermal performance and U-values. The door has also been independently tested to achieve:

• Wind Resistance – Class 3 (BS EN 12424 and above)
• Water Tightness – Class 3 (BS EN 12425)
• Air Permeability – Class 2 (BS EN 12426)
• Air Leakage – Class 3

The finished installation delivers an aesthetic, high-security and practical solution for reliable day-to-day performance.
