We recently had the pleasure of installing this beautiful resin bound footpath for Jones brothers at Oswestry school for the grand opening of the new Grove performing arts centre.

Full base system in place, type 3 stone with capping layer, srm mesh, base layer of resin bound with another layer of srm mesh topped off with a lovely golden blend of uv stable resin bound material.

This is a bespoke blend of UV stable resin bound we created near Oswestry that the customer asked if we could do, of course we can we said 😅

Some lovely blends of aggregates used here on this lovely patio, also the special otis orange fine aggregate to enhance the darker tones as requested ☺️
Full bound for base system used, so type 3 stone laid, 3 recessed manhole covers fitted with SRM mesh laid for a solid porous base and a finish that is structually very strong 💪

Old tarmac taken up, type 3 stone in the base and a fully permeable base layer with a UV stable resin bound surface. Crushed glass sprinkled over the top for extra grip on the surface 👌

This was a very rewarding project for us. The driveway parking was narrow and the footpath was steep steps to get down to the lower level.
We widened the driveway, built a retaining wall with smaller steps & created a resin bound footpath for better access especially for taking the bins out or fetching the shopping in.

The front footpath had a new surface also the rear footpath did & a bigger patio area with UV stable resin bound.
We installed new rsj posts with and lovely slate effect panels to retain the ground & hide the old concrete base.
