Crofton Project final pics.
Absolutely over achieved on this tbh.
Definitely catapulted this into 2026 with a bang.
From all new heating pipework, designer double radiators, new internal door with matt black furniture, almost all new flooring, herringbone solid wood floor, fully re-plastered, fully painted, all new 5" skirting, spot lights, hue touch table light, herringbone flooring into hallway.

BEFORE 😒
Crofton project, Mark approached me to see if I could sprinkle some life into his living room/ hallway.
Some other items came up that needed addressing first, just as the house had been some what neglected for some years. such as a full re-wire, issues with gas supply, the existing for was like the ocean, and a few other bits.

And back to normality, another flood overnight and more materials, tools lost, all because of this 1 drain all carpark goo gets in it, blocks it then this massive 6" cast iron down pipe Overflow's and goes straight into my unit.
🤦 check drains every 2 month you tit.
1 and a half Buckets worth scooped out 🤮
