When you’re renovating a bathroom, you want to know you’re in safe hands.

For this project, our client came to us with an outdated bathroom and a clear idea of how he wanted the new space to feel - traditional, peaceful and full of character.

From there, we took care of the rest.

Mr & Mrs Kershaw knew exactly what they wanted from this space. A generous walk-in shower, but without sacrificing a separate bath.

With some careful planning, we managed to fit both comfortably while still keeping the room feeling open and calm.

The bath area became a real feature, framed by a gorgeous 3D wall with soft integrated lighting, while the stone-effect porcelain tiling and brushed brass finishes bring real warmth and an understated feel to the space.

Designed for a busy family of five, this bathroom needed to feel bright, calming and practical all at once.

We reconfigured the layout to improve flow and maximise usable space, carefully positioning the bath, vanity and shower to balance both function and form. One of the biggest challenges was working around the room’s fixed window and door placements.

Custom cabinetry and made-to-measure features helped us overcome these constraints, resulting in a seamless design that feels open and thoughtfully planned.

Warm wood-effect textures, soft neutral tiles and brushed brass accents bring a spa-like calm, while considered symmetry and layered lighting enhance the sense of order - just what’s needed in a busy family home.

You don’t get this sort of bespoke design on the high street 👀

Set within a loft conversion, this en-suite came with its fair share of tricky angles and sloping ceilings - which meant every part of the design had to work around the space.

No forcing standard sizes into awkward areas. Just a bathroom designed properly for the room it sits in.

And the result speaks for itself.

A space this impressive needed a bathroom to match - and this one certainly does.

Isn’t this just the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day 🖤

This one was all about atmosphere - rich colours, bold finishes, and a boutique hotel feel.

It’s different, it’s personal, and our clients absolutely loved it.

My dad set up Splashing Out over 40 years ago with a clear
idea of how things should be done - with honesty, pride,
and proper attention to detail. That’s still how we run the
business today.

We’re a family company, and our name is on everything
we do. Reputation means everything to us. We’ve never
chased quick sales or cut corners - we’d rather do it right,
or not at all. It’s one of the reasons we’ve become West
Yorkshire’s most trusted bathroom company.

We’re not salespeople - we’re designers. We don’t do
pressure, gimmicks, or false promises. We believe the
quality of our work sells itself.
