A rear single story and two story extension with an amazing green roof.

This extension has created a much larger open plan kitchen living dining space, an additional bedroom ensuite, and an expansive view across the garden.

The view from the 1st Floor staircase is across a lush green landscape rather than a gray, dull, flat roof, which is amazing because it extends a view through to the garden.

Autumn nights. Split level rear extensions. Opening up to a large patio area on the rear of the property.

This contrasting single story extension connects the two story brick home with the rear garden.

What was once a house unconnected to its garden space is now a seamless transition from a snug and dining space directly into the rear garden.

The extension minimised the impact on the neighbours whilst creating more privacy in the rear garden for the host dwelling.

This 1960's Domer bungalow has been converted into a house that fully utilises the 1st Floor space by creating an extended flat roof dormer on the rear of the building with extensive glazing through to the private back garden.

We created 60% more usable floor space without extending on the 1st floor by creating the contemporary dormer to replace the original small individual dormers that were placed in each room, limiting the usable space of the original rooms and also the layout of the building.

By adding the modern dormer to the rear, it allowed us to reconfigure the 1st floor plan to create circulation on the front and all the bedrooms on the rear, including a new principal bedroom above the open plan kitchen living dining, which is on the left hand side of the building.
