Are you an experienced water hygiene professional ready to take the next step?👇🏻

Titan Water is expanding and we're looking for a technically capable Water Hygiene Supervisor to join us at our head office near Ormskirk.

This isn't a role for someone looking to stand still — it comes with a clear pathway into operational management as we grow. The person we hire will be central to building our water hygiene team from the ground up, helping shape the people, processes, and standards that define what Titan becomes.

What you'll be doing:
✔️ Day to day you'll be involved in temperature monitoring, water sampling, tank cleaning, TMV servicing, closed systems and more.
✔️ Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll take the lead on all field-based water hygiene operations, ensuring every job is delivered to the high standards that Titan has built its reputation on.
✔️ As the division grows, you'll be responsible for building and shaping the operations team, as well as the quality, compliance, and training systems.

What we're looking for:
✅ Solid hands-on water hygiene experience
✅ Strong knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274, and associated legislation
✅ City & Guilds Water Hygiene qualification or equivalent
✅ Full UK driving licence

The package:
- £38,824 per annum
- Bonus scheme, company vehicle, laptop and phone
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Real progression into operational management
