The seat was fitted with new foams and trimmed in MTL moquette, helping bring it back to its original condition.

🚌 Keeping the North West Moving! 🚌

We’re currently busy manufacturing seat covers for Liverpool City Region and Go North West, helping prepare vehicles for the upcoming franchise changes.

Our role is to manufacture and supply the replacement seat covers, ready for the depots to fit when required.

The aim is simple — help keep buses on the road and reduce VOR (Vehicle Off Road) time. By having replacement covers readily available, worn or damaged seats can be dealt with quickly at depot level, helping vehicles get back into service rather than sitting off the road waiting for parts.

It’s great to be supporting the local bus industry and playing our part behind the scenes in keeping buses moving across the North West.

We make the covers. The depots fit them. Together, we keep buses on the road. 💪🚌

Merseyside Transport Atlantean No. 83 completed. 🚌

Another great preservation project finished by LCT Liverpool Coach Trimmers. We retrimmed the downstairs in Southport Corporation moquette and the upstairs in Autumn Gold, giving this classic bus a fresh new interior.

Really pleased with how No. 83 has turned out. Thanks to everyone involved for trusting us with another fantastic preservation project. We look forward to seeing it back out on the road. 👌

Another great project finished for Arriva UK 🚌

The first vehicle is now complete as part of a 10 bus refurbishment programme.

Thomas Hardie Commercials LTD are repainting the buses into Arriva’s new fleet colours, whilst we at Liverpool Coachtrimmers are carrying out the full interior retrim work featuring the new specification moquette throughout the vehicles.

Really pleased with how this one has turned out the new moquette completely transforms the interior and gives the buses a fresh modern look whilst still being durable enough for everyday passenger service.

Completed retrim for Arriva Gillingham 🔵

We’ve carried out a full seat retrim on this vehicle, finished in Arriva’s new moquette — giving the interior a clean, sharp and modern look.

🪑 Seats fully stripped and retrimmed
🧵 Finished in brand new Arriva moquette
✨ Consistent, tight finish throughout

The repaint you can see is being carried out alongside our work — great to see the full vehicle coming together inside and out.
