From construction to delivery — and finally, home.

There's a lot that happens between choosing a modular home and walking through the front door for the first time.

The early stages happen away from the customer's site as the home takes shape through construction and internal fit-out. Meanwhile, preparations can be taking place at the final location so that the site is ready for its arrival.

Then comes one of the biggest milestones: delivery day.

Once the home reaches the site, it's positioned and the remaining work can progress towards completion. Gradually, something that began as a drawing and a collection of decisions becomes a finished home ready to be lived in.

Recently Delivered | Two Bedroom Modular Home 🏡

A look inside this two bedroom modular home, delivered to its new home in the South East of Ireland a few weeks ago.

This project is a great example of how much can be achieved within a well-planned two bedroom layout. The open-plan kitchen and living area creates a comfortable central space for everyday living, while the dark fitted kitchen, light flooring and neutral finishes keep the interior clean and practical.

The bedrooms have also been designed to make good use of the available space, with built-in storage providing plenty of room without taking away from the floor area.

Externally, the simple rendered finish and dark windows give the home a smart, low-maintenance appearance, ready for the customer to complete the surrounding site and make it their own.

Our modular homes are constructed off-site before being transported and installed at their final location, allowing much of the work to be completed before the home ever arrives on site.
