🗻Slieve Donard in aid of

What a day! We took on Slieve Donard in aid of Miles for Liz, along with the huge crowd who came out to take it on too in support of this brilliant cause.

We all made it to the top! An amazing achievement for everyone, especially our 5 year old tiny man!

Miles for Liz is raising money for Friends of the Cancer centre, Omagh Palliative care, Care for Cancer, Omagh & St Patrick’s Primary, Eskra

It was great to play a small part in supporting them.

It was a fantastic day & of course, the O’Hagan hospitality shone through as always! The pint & the burger tasted even better after the climb! 🍔🍻

🏠 ONGOING RENOVATION PROJECT 🔨

Another busy week on one of our current renovation projects, with plenty happening throughout the property.

✅ Plumbing & electrical first fix complete
✅ New floor insulation installed and floors down
✅ Repairs carried out to existing floors
✅ Repairs and replacement of existing ceiling joists & roof timbers
✅ Existing roof being stripped
🔨 New roofing membrane & battens going on ready for the new tiles

Renovation and extension work is what we do.

When you start opening up an older property, you’re not always going to find everything exactly as expected — and that’s where experience makes the difference.

Whether it’s existing floors, roof timbers, ceilings or structural work, very little fazes us at this stage. We find the problem, work out the proper solution, get the materials and labour needed and keep the project moving.

No shortcuts and no covering problems back up — if it needs put right, we put it right. 👌

🏡 NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY

Another exciting transformation has started! 👷‍♂️🔨

This project will see the existing house opened up to create a large open-plan kitchen & living space, with a new wrap-around extension providing:

🔸 Walk-in pantry
🔸 Utility room
🔸 Downstairs toilet
🔸 Open-plan kitchen & living area
🔸 New patio area

We’ve kicked things off with the site clearance and groundworks, digging out and reducing the rear garden to make room for the new extension and patio area.

Plenty happening on this one over the coming weeks — looking forward to showing the transformation as it takes shape! 🏠

Work is coming along nicely on this bungalow renovation.

It’s always great to see what can be done with an older property when the layout is opened up and the space is given a new lease of life.

This project is all about creating a brighter, more modern home with plenty of open-plan living, extra room added, and long feature-style windows to bring in as much natural light as possible.

A lot of work still ahead, but already you can see the transformation starting to take shape.

Looking forward to showing more progress on this one.

Joiner / Labourer / General Builder Wanted

Due to a heavy workload and upcoming projects, Built With Kerr is looking for extra help.

We are looking for reliable, hard-working men with experience in:
• Building
• Renovations
• Extensions
• Joinery
• Labouring
• Groundworks
• General construction

Work is mainly around Omagh and surrounding areas.

Must have:
✅ Full driving licence
✅ Own transport
✅ Good timekeeping
✅ Ability to work as part of a team
✅ Pride in tidy, good-quality work

Good steady work available.
Rate of pay will depend on experience, ability and reliability.

Self-employed or employed position can be discussed.

Message with your experience, location, whether you have a full licence/transport, and when you’re available to start.
