Due to a heavy workload and upcoming projects, Built With Kerr is looking for extra help.

We are looking for reliable, hard-working men with experience in:
• Building
• Renovations
• Extensions
• Joinery
• Labouring
• Groundworks
• General construction

Work is mainly around Omagh and surrounding areas.

Must have:
✅ Full driving licence
✅ Own transport
✅ Good timekeeping
✅ Ability to work as part of a team
✅ Pride in tidy, good-quality work

Good steady work available.
Rate of pay will depend on experience, ability and reliability.

Self-employed or employed position can be discussed.

🚧 New Project Started 🚧

We’ve begun a full open-plan kitchen & living renovation.

Stripped back to brick, structural work underway, and a complete layout transformation planned.

New project underway 🏠🔨
We’re adding a new townhouse to the side of this existing property to create one large family home.

This is a tight site with significant groundwork required, so careful planning and forward thinking are key before the main build begins.

Looking forward to seeing this one come together.

Happy Christmas from the Built with Kerr crew. Big shout out to the boys for their hard work and banter all year. Keeps me grounded! Also want to give a shout out to Lee & Jack who both received awards at tech this year. A big well done. Was well taught myself in the trade so it’s nice to pass on the knowledge and see them both doing well.

Plastering complete - finish floor laid & heating on! Nearing completion of this project & pictures definitely don’t do justice as to how big this room is. We’ve loved creating a beautiful open plan kitchen/ living area. The existing kitchen is going to be transformed into a downstairs toilet, utility room & playroom, smartly maximising the available space. 🏠🔨👷‍♂️
