The heart of the TS52 ⛓️🦺

Building up the power pack for another TS52 screener — housing the machine’s 18kW Stage V diesel engine and hydraulic system.

Built up as a complete unit, the power pack brings together the engine, hydraulic oil tank, control banks and valves, along with the associated hydraulic hoses and mechanical components.

Once installed, it provides the hydraulic power to run the screening deck and three discharge conveyors, driving the main working functions of the TS52 and producing its three-way split.

A lot of detailed assembly goes into this stage before the complete power pack is lifted into position and connected into the machine.
