Fence completed ✅
Picket fence to keep garden secure. Holes dug and posts concreted into ground. Rails and slats installed with gate access matching the fence. Treated timber posts, rails and slats. Posts back filled and ground soiled up.
All ready for the kids to play outside.

Quick false stringer created to match on the stairs. Customer happy I’m happy that’s only what matters 👌🏻

One completed at the Christmas break but secret kept quiet for the 24/7 announcement.
Turnstiles installed with and wall created with hidden door, matching the style of the gym. Week into “new January new me” boxing bag been punched off the wall. Quick call to get sorted, removed same day - bracket fixed - fixed to wall day after 🔨🔨

Jobs completed tiling work ✅
Little look at the end of 2025 tiling projects.
Tiling has never been a major thing for AINS build, but with work and new projects coming in to start in 2026 we made the decision to bring on board a tiling devision.
Now all tiling, screeding and flooring requires covered.

Door and windows gone ✅ extra bits on uppermill project, back door and window gone with new knock through and kitchen taking there place, garage windows gone ready for potential utility and storage 👍🏼

Not posted our work for a while, we have been crazy busy recently. But posts are back!!
Alcove shelving and cupboard one side, bench seat storage box the other all made to measure 👍🏼

Sandy lane part 1 complete. ✅
Bathroom rip out apart from bath, all tiles off walls, walls all repaired and plastered, tiles round bath, new toilet and sink, new shower with water pump installed, shower screen and flooring
Bedroom ceiling overboard taking coving into consideration as it’s not one to be touched, all walls and ceiling plastered, new pipe work for radiators, wiring new sockets and lights, additional dado rail
Also to realise the ceiling hight was 3.4m high 🪜

Now just finishing bits after decorating and then upstairs in the pipe line for the next renovation
