We will be attending Leaders Week

Event season is upon us, and our next stop is Leaders Week in London.

Denise will be attending the Women in Sport Breakfast before she is joined by John and Jacob at the main event held at Chelsea Football Club's Stamford Bridge later in the day.

Delivering a project of this scale takes an incredible amount of planning, coordination and teamwork. We have been heavily involved in bringing all these hospitality spaces to life, from the early stages of design and pre-construction through to manufacture, project management and installation on site.

Manchester City has created hospitality spaces designed to deliver far beyond the matchday experience. With many of the new venues open throughout the week, the development creates a genuine 365-day destination and unlocks new opportunities to generate revenue from hospitality year-round.

Voco Hotel Glasgow Complete

Dating back to 1883, Voco Grand Central Glasgow is steeped in history. Adjoining Glasgow Central Station, this iconic hotel has welcomed generations of travellers and famous guests, including Frank Sinatra and Winston Churchill. Today, its historic grandeur combines with contemporary hospitality, creating a distinctive destination at the heart of Glasgow.

As part of a comprehensive hospitality overhaul led by Diverse Projects, Dawnvale was appointed for our specialist expertise to deliver bespoke service counters across several areas, including the Forward Kitchen, restaurant, Tempest Bar and deli.
It has been a fantastic project to be involved in, and we’re proud to have played our part in creating a refreshed hospitality offering that will enhance the guest experience for years to come.

Hickory’s Bold Heath Complete!

We are proud to have completed another bespoke commercial kitchen for Hickory’s Smokehouse, this time at their brand-new Bold Heath location.

Working within the former Griffin pub, we installed a purpose-built commercial kitchen designed to support Hickory’s high-volume operation and the demands of their pitmasters.

The historic building has been completely transformed into a new destination for the local community, bringing Hickory’s signature taste of the South and trademark hospitality to Bold Heath.

Good luck to the whole Hickory’s team when they open on Friday, the 18th September. We’re looking forward to seeing the new site in action!

The football season is fully underway. The stands are full, the fans are excited and on any given matchday, anything can happen.

For stadium owners, that excitement creates a huge opportunity to maximise revenue from every supporter through the turnstiles. More fans, more demand and more opportunities to sell food and drink before, during and after the game.

We saw that opportunity at Birmingham City with Box to Box.

We dug beneath the stands to create a brand-new GA bar from nothing, transforming previously unused space into a high-volume matchday venue.

Located on either side of the Kop Stand concourse, it was built around one thing: getting as many fans served as quickly as possible. Multiple service terminals and a logistically efficient layout keep queues moving during the crucial half-time rush.

The finished space, with interior design by SpaceInvader, gives supporters somewhere to meet, grab a drink and escape the British weather before and after the game.

And it doesn't stop there. Box to Box is also used for community and midweek events, creating a revenue-generating space beyond matchday.

A great example of how previously unused space can become a high-performing stadium asset.

We are on-site at the new Hickory's Bold Heath!

This time, we are installing one of our bespoke commercial kitchens on the site of the former Griffin pub, located on the old turnpike road from Warrington to Prescot.

This historic building is undergoing a full transformation that will make it unrecognisable once completed, and locals are already getting excited to try Hickory’s signature taste of the South with their trademark hospitality.

Hickory’s Wootton Complete & Open Today!

Last week we handed over another high-spec commercial kitchen and custom bar build for Hickory’s Smokehouse, completing the transformation of the former ‘Bystander’ pub in Wootton, Oxfordshire.

Opening its doors today, this site marks the very first Hickory’s in the county, bringing their signature authentic Southern-style BBQ and neighbourhood bar experience to the local community for the first time.

To support the high-volume demands of Hickory’s pitmasters, we engineered and installed a purpose-built smokehouse kitchen from the ground up. Alongside the culinary setup, we delivered our custom internal bar structures, designed to optimise workflow and keep service fast and seamless during peak periods.

Anyone who remembers the old venue on Besselsleigh Road will be amazed by the scale of this redevelopment. The entire site has been completely reimagined into a destination venue that is unrecognisable from its former life.

We’re proud to have played our part in bringing this project across the finish line. A huge congratulations to the entire Hickory’s team on another outstanding opening; we know Oxfordshire is going to love it!
