💦 THIS PATIO DIDN’T NEED REPLACING… IT NEEDED SOME TLC! 👀

A great example of why you don’t always need to rip everything out and start again. 🙌

We gave this existing York stone patio a proper makeover, while also tackling the drainage issues at the same time.

🔨 What we did:
✅ Reinstated the existing York stone properly
✅ Fixed and secured the slabs down
✅ Re-pointed the entire patio
✅ Installed a recessed manhole cover for a much cleaner finish
✅ Added an ACO channel drain to improve water management
✅ Finished with gravel edging to help with drainage and give it a crisp border

Same stone. Completely different finish. 👌

And the best part?

We improved the drainage without sacrificing the character of the original York stone. 🤝

This one was a proper transformation! 🔥
