After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that it’s time to close one chapter of my life and begin another.
As of 31st July 2026, I’ll be stepping away from 26:9 Gas & Heating Services Ltd.
This is one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. Watching this business grow from an idea into what it is today has been one of the proudest achievements of my life. From the early days, I poured everything I had into building it. There were countless early mornings, late nights, weekends and sacrifices, but seeing the business grow and earning the trust of so many amazing customers made every bit of it worthwhile.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some fantastic people. Many of you have been with us from the very beginning, recommended us to your friends and family, and welcomed me into your homes time and time again. Your loyalty and support have meant more than you’ll ever know. You haven’t just supported a business—you’ve been a huge part of my journey.
I’d also like to thank everyone who has worked alongside me over the years. Every challenge, every success and every lesson has helped shape who I am, both personally and professionally.
Walking away from something you’ve invested so much of yourself in is never easy, but I know it’s the right time for a new challenge. I’ll still be doing what I love, just in a different way, and I’m excited for what’s to come. I’m not quite ready to share the details, but I promise I’ll let you all know soon.
Andy will be carrying on with 26:9 and wish him nothing but success for the future, and I sincerely hope the business continues to go from strength to strength.
Finally, thank you to every customer, friend, supplier and supporter who has been part of this journey. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.
This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply the start of a new chapter.
