Rare posting from us(we're just too busy). But these 2 recent projects completed for one family deserve to be shown off. Thanks to Demi and Margaret for the top quality coffee and food that we were supplied by the
wonderful clients on these project's, it was almost as good as the quality of work that went into transforming both back and front gardens, from boring/bland new build gardens to stunning gardens with high class kerb appeal to the front and a beautiful outdoor living space at the rear. 😎

Built to last!!
One of our clients from last year called us to replace their front fence after it sustained wind damage. While we were there, we cast an eye over the back fence that we built last summer during garden renovation, and even though it is built on an exposed hill top, it hasn't moved a millimetre😎

As we said, it was built to last! Even 100mph winds is no match for our workmanship.

Another garden transformation completed by us 😎
The client's brief was that they wanted an area cleared and levelled off big enough to fit a kids' play apparatus.
The area in question was an unusable slopping hill that was full of overgrown bushes that the Client's thought was always going to be unusable, but after a quick look we knew we could help them get somewhere for the kids to play.
This was an awkward one to get access with the excavator, but we got it in no problem, and we got started, we knew we could give them alot more than we originally planned as there was lots of good soil for us to use, a few long days and some luck with the weather and the end result was a play area for the younger kids and also a new lawn area big enough to play football, so all the kids now have a new garden with plenty of space for all three of them to play😁

Due to company expansion and moving more into construction contracting sector, we will now be know as LMK groundworks.
We will still be delivering the usual high standard of projects but with limited space for private work.

After we completed transforming the front of the property we moved onto the rear.⁣
⁣
Elite synthetic lawns laid the artificial lawns on this garden. They recommend us to the clients for all the other work so a thanks to kevin from ESL.😉 ⁣
⁣
After a couple of quick consultations with the clients we decided on a new sleeper wall to complement the new porcelain path & stairs with some nice plum slate decorative chips to set off the porcelain. ⁣
⁣
Our high attention to detail shines through on this one. ⁣
⁣
We really enjoyed this doing this whole job as the clients Bernie and Marissa were such a pleasure to work with (if carlsberg done clients).⁣

All in all a top quality job for top quality people.

This was a big transformation over the whole grounds. ⁣
⁣
The first phase involved excavating all of the front garden, constructing a new set of steps and creating a drive suitable for both the family cars. ⁣
⁣
Not much more to say on this as the pictures speak for themselves (although they dont do it justice). ⁣
⁣
Clients choice of block with the charcoal border really makes this top quality job stand out as one of our show piece gardens. ⁣
