🌿 Elderflower Champagne Workshop – Sunday 7th June, 10:30am 🍾
I’m running a small hands-on elderflower champagne making workshop next Sunday in Coleford and thought there might be some local interest here 😊
We’ll be making traditional elderflower champagne from scratch, covering:
• Safe fermentation basics
• Foraging & preparation tips
• Bottling
• How to make it again at home yourself
You’ll also go home with your own bottle to ferment 🍾
✨ Small relaxed group
✨ No experience needed
✨ Recipe and fermentation bucket provided so you can make your own at home
📍 Coleford

A recent before-and-after from a pruning project. These were very old fruit trees that turned out to be a much bigger job once I got up into the canopy! I focused on thinning out the congestion and reducing the height to encourage healthier growth for the next season. 🍏
