With work set to commence in January, there’s no better way to kick off the new year than with a great project like this 👌🏻

Our job at Lympstone for Building Devon is starting to take shape.

With extremely tight access, no muck away lorries or delivery lorries can get into the site, so everything has to be transported by dumper.
The basement groundworks are now complete, along with the internal drainage and retaining walls.

Next up, once the tanking team have finished, we’ll be excavating the strip foundations for the ground floor, followed by the full external drainage package.

We’re pleased to announce we’ve secured another groundworks project with Building Devon

This time we’ll be working at Lympstone Manor – North Lodge,
Carrying out the groundworks for a substantial extension, along with the installation of a new storm and foul drainage system.
We’re looking forward to getting started mid September 👌🏻

Sorry we’ve been a bit quiet on our socials lately – we’ve been flat out working on projects across Devon and making the most of this beautiful weather! ☀️

Here’s a little update on a project we’ve just completed in Budleigh Salterton for Crestone Ltd.

We’ve completed all the groundworks for a double extension, including a full refit of the storm and foul drainage. The project was handed over to the main contractor this afternoon, ready for the build to begin. 👌🏻

All set for the concrete pour on Monday.

We’re now 7 days into the project and have made strong progress on site. The new entrance has been formed, ground levels have been reduced, and all foundations have been excavated and prepared. 👌🏻

New site now open for S J Cook Construction Ltd. Over 300 tonnes of stone laid to form the site access, all reduced and prepped ready for the setting out engineer to get everything marked up. On to the next stage.
