JOB OPPORTUNITIES - GROUNDWORKS
DIGGER DRIVER

We are looking for digger driver/ machine operators to join our existing team, for the right candidates the positions will be permanent and with an immediate start.

Work to include concreting, drainage and demolition etc.

We seek individuals who are happy to work in a small team, hardworking, reliable, honest, punctual and able to work on their own initiative.
The successful candidate must have a full driving licence and ideally current plant tickets.
All PPE is supplied as well as good welfare facilities. Competitive daily rates are negotiable and will be related to ability, experience and qualifications. Hours of work 07.00 – 16.30
Monday to Friday, but some flexibility will be required.

R and R Mills are looking for a full time handyman / maintenance / gardener to assist with the maintenance of their 5 self storage sites, properties and farming / construction business based at Empingham. You must have a high attention to detail and be self motivated and work on their own initiative and be able to make decisions. The role is varied and includes cleaning storage containers in between customers, grass / hedge cutting, keeping the yard tidy as a minimum. There is the option for overtime on other parts of the business in busy time.
