Turning disruption into a multi-tiered sanctuary in Somerby 🌿✨

When Haughley House underwent major utility upgrades—the original garden and driveway needed a total rethink. Instead of patching things up, our clients chose to transform their outdoor space entirely.

Working alongside the brilliant Nicola at Rutland Garden Design, we took this large-scale vision from heavy groundworks to complete fruition:

Tier 1: A spacious outdoor dining patio for entertaining
Tier 2: A peaceful sun terrace built for relaxing
Tier 3: A family-focused zone featuring a hot tub and safe play area

Built with custom ironstone retaining walling to tie seamlessly into the local Rutland character.

From complex structural groundworks to the final finishing touches, we handle full-build garden transformations across Rutland and surrounding areas.

What an incredible weekend!! 🧡🌿

It’s hard to put into words just how proud we are of what we’ve achieved, now that we’ve finally had a chance to reflect on the past few days.

We’ve learnt so much along the way, but without a doubt, the best part has been the response from everyone who visited our show garden. The comments, compliments and support we’ve received have been absolutely incredible and have made all the hard work completely worth it.

A huge thank you to every single person who stopped by, chatted to us, asked questions and took the time to tell us how much you loved the garden. It honestly means an awful lot.

We couldn’t be happier with how the design turned out and we’re incredibly proud of what we have created. What a weekend! 🌿🧡🙌🏻

And just like that, it’s the final day of the Rutland Flower Show!

What a whirlwind of a week. From turning an empty patch of grass into an 8m x 8m garden in just two and a half days, to spending the weekend chatting with everyone who stopped by—it’s been an absolute blast partnering with Nicola at Rutland Garden Design.

If you’re heading down to the Showground today, please do drop by the plot and say hello before we pack it all up!

✨ P.S. If you’ve had your eye on any of the plants, Nicola is selling off the show stock at discounted prices later today, so you can grab a bargain and take a piece of the garden home with you!
