So this week!
Well, I love what I do anyway, but I have really, really loved this job, grade 2 listed cottage, I’ve loved all of it’s imperfections, all of the bulges and curves, and the fact I could touch the ceiling with my hand ( no ladders needed )🤩
Great couple, great conversation, great tea great music
Before and after pictures, new colours are much softer and warmer, colour matched to COAT 100% Maybe and Parklife, woodwork painted in F&B eggshell
Thanks to Hercock Oakham.

And then this…. A last minute call, from a family needing help, unfortunately the painter and decorator they took on was letting them down, had a complete lack of respect for they’re property leaving paint splashes all across they’re new floors, unfinished rooms, filling areas that didn’t need filling, filling over wallpaper 😡, it just goes on and on! and totally took they’re kindness for weakness 😡
With only a week to moving day, and so much bad work to try and make good, start and finish rooms that had been badly prepped, I was doubtful I could do what the family asked me to do!
But I did it, a lot of overthinking, determination, believing in myself and good music to push me on, still some touching up to do and some more work, but they’re in 🤩
Below is what I was up against, doesn’t seem that bad looking at the pictures but believe me, it was badder than bad!

This week……

Hot!🥵
Sweaty 🥵
But loads of fun 🤩
I had the pleasure of doing this new ( quite big ) extension, for a lovely couple in North Witham, there’s no way I could have completed this job on my own, in the time we did it, I can’t thank Ants painting and decorating services, Antony Pollard and Sommer Pollard, enough for all your help and hard work 😘
Lots of before and after pictures,
Please feel free to have a look, share and don’t hesitate to get in touch for a quote 👍
