Hello people, important message to put out.
We had a customer last week with reports of sparks and flames coming out the top of the chimney. This job was booked in immediatley for a sweep and a complete check over.

Upon first inspection we can see these large peices of formed creosote, this is flammable and creates a massive risk for chimney fires and needs professional intervention. If not its likely that it will only get worse and require a full liner replacement.

We caught this one in time and with the aid of the latest power sweeping technology we got it clean and running as it should.

If you have any of these symptoms such as sparks/flames or creosote peices coming down into the stove then please call or book in immediatley to keep safe!

Thanks everyone and happy new year!
