Excellent service as always! The lady in the office was fantastic at getting me a prompt visit and then booking in a follow up soon afterwards. Lee did a helpful visit to ascertain the problem and did a temporary repair to give me heating. Sam then fitted the part and checked the system was working. After initial consultation, the date was booked and absolutely everything was handled by the team that attended including a couple of extra headaches which were managed all within the 2 weeks it took a to do a complete renovation. The bathroom was in desperate need of removal and has been replaced entirely with everything being coordinated for us and ran smoothly. The team that worked on the project were so personable and lovely to deal with including when things were really tricky. Have already recommended them to friends. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work involved and aftercare has been second to none to make sure everything was working and to our expectations.
