🔴 Little red kitchen rejig 🌶️
Here's one from summer! completely changing the layout to open up the space and make it work ten times better. Dealing with structural changes and moving utilities takes a lot of planning, but the end result speaks for itself.
🔴 Structural changes: We knocked through the dividing wall to open up the kitchen /diner and studded up the old single door, which gained the customer a load of extra wall space for units.
🔴 Smart heating: Fitted two new radiators and tucked a plinth heater right under the cupboards to keep the room warm without losing valuable wall space.
🔴 Electrical. Rerouted all the electrics running dedicated, safe circuits for the new appliance layout and putting plenty of sockets where they’re actually needed.
🔴 Hidden plumbing: Chased all the new central heating pipework behind the plaster before the final fit so there isn't a single ugly pipe on show.
🔴 Properly managed: We ran the whole job from start to finish—coordinating the structural work & plastering with .s_generalbuilding
