😳 a few of the little horrors we found on our recent job..

Upon carrying out an EICR on the property, we found numerous items that were just accidents waiting to happen….

💥Old Rewire fuses
💥 Evidence of burnouts
💥 Junction boxes galore
💥 Evidence of black rubber cable still in use
💥 some accessories over 30 years old

All of which are major fire hazards
We presented our evidence to the clients and after taking our advice
We completed a full Rewire on the property…..

We have just updated our EV charging qualifications🥳

All installations are to be regulated in October which means whoever you get to install your EV’s needs to have this…. Hopefully this will get rid of some of the Cowboys. 👊

Ever wonder why an EICR is necessary?🤔

Unfortunately over the years people and landlords let the standards slip within their property and EICR is a good way to keep your properties safe and functioning correctly similar to an MOT on a car?
It seems hassle but it’s designed to find any issues and allow them to be rectified!

Wow, what a great experience, and the chance to raise money for a great cause… here’s the picture dump of yesterday‘s walk…. Not feeling too bad… Green team smashed it🤣 no injuries everybody down safe and sound it couldn’t have gone any better if we’d have planned it🥳
