Are you organised, detail-oriented and looking for a role where you’ll be valued and supported?

Join our well-established, family-run fire and security company in Nuneaton.

16 hours per week – Thursdays and Fridays
£27,500 FTE, pro rata
Ongoing training and development

As Service Coordinator, you’ll play an important administrative role within our service team. You’ll schedule engineer appointments, support customers, maintain accurate records, process engineer paperwork, and promptly raise customer invoices.

You’ll help ensure every service request is managed efficiently, accurately and professionally.

We’re currently installing a new 6.4m x 2.4m cantilever vehicle gate, designed to match the site’s existing fencing and integrated with a Paxton Net2 Entry system.

The new setup will give authorised drivers and visitors several ways to gain access: Fob access, PIN access, Video intercom access, and ANPR automatically recognising authorised vehicle number plates on arrival

We’re managing the complete project, including the groundworks and electrical works, as well as installing a dedicated ANPR bollard integrated with the Paxton system.

A great example of how gate automation, access control, ANPR and video entry can all work together to provide a secure way to manage vehicle access to a site.
