* Scott is a BIG CCFC supporter ⚽️
* Scott and his partner have 2 beautiful girls👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
* Scott has a dog called Casey 🐾🐕
* The last music event that Scott went to see was Sean Paul 🎤🎵
* Scott's favourite food is a good Chilli Con Carne 🍽
* Scott is not a tea or coffee drinker, he has any cold drink instead 🥤🫗

EXTREME HEAT HAS ARRIVED! ☀️🥵

We spend most of the year hearing about no heating… but this week we’re all thinking about how to stay COOL! 😂

So, what’s your go-to way of keeping cool at home?

🌳 Sitting in the garden
🏠 Curtains closed and hiding indoors

This week has been HOT... 🥵☀️

We just wanted to take a moment to say a HUGE thank you to every single one of our amazing customers.

To everyone who has offered our engineers a cold drink, an ice lolly, a bottle of water, an ice pack, a shady spot to cool down, or simply asked if they're okay... your kindness has meant more than you know. ❤️

Working in lofts, boiler cupboards and outside in these temperatures isn't easy, but those small acts of thoughtfulness have really helped keep our team going.

We'd also like to give a massive shout-out to our incredible engineers, who have worked tirelessly through the heat without letting our customers down. They've continued to turn up with a smile, kept appointments wherever possible, and worked incredibly hard despite the challenging conditions.

We're very lucky to have such a fantastic team and such wonderful customers.

Thank you all for looking after each other. That's what community is all about. 💙
