Here's something you might not have considered. Even the direction of the mesh can change how a ceiling looks. Rotate the pattern and suddenly the same material can create a completely different sense of movement, proportion and visual direction across a space.

It's one of those small specification decisions that can have a surprisingly big impact on the finished result. And it's exactly why we don't see mesh as simply another ceiling tile. It's a design material. Sometimes all it takes is looking at something from a different angle. Quite literally.

When we say “mesh ceiling”, what do you picture?

Grey. Industrial. Functional. Probably not something you'd choose because you wanted people to look at the ceiling. And that's exactly why mesh has a bit of an image problem.

With different patterns, profiles, colours and configurations available, architectural mesh can look completely different depending on how it's specified.

It can be bold. Minimal. Dark and dramatic. Light and understated. Industrial. Or surprisingly refined.

Some of the best details in an interior are the ones you barely notice.

A channel or trim making two elements meet exactly as they should.

They're unlikely to be the part of the project anyone photographs.

With sublimation, appearances can be deceiving.

The process uses heat to transfer patterns and colours onto the surface, allowing metal ceiling products to take on completely different aesthetics — from warm woodgrain effects to statement decorative finishes.

It opens up a huge amount of creative freedom when the design calls for something a little less... metal-looking.
