🚨 Emergency Call Out – Digital Lock Failure
I attended an emergency call-out where the digital lock had completely failed. I gained entry non-destructively 💪 No damage, no drama.
I then supplied and fitted a brand-new digital lock and coded it to the customer’s preferred PIN, leaving everything secure and fully operational.

🪟 uPVC Window Repair & Security Upgrade
Next job was a broken window where the uPVC mechanism had failed — and the window had no handle fitted to begin with, making it completely insecure.
The customer wanted a cheap but secure locking solution, so I installed a Versa Cockspur handle, giving them a cost-effective and secure fix. The window now locks properly and provides proper security and peace of mind.
