Butler’s pantries: the hidden workhorse of a beautifully organised kitchen ✨

A butler’s pantry gives you a dedicated space for all the things you don’t necessarily want taking over your main kitchen.

It can be used for food storage, small appliances, glassware, crockery, a coffee station, extra prep space and all those everyday bits that usually end up cluttering the worktops.

They’re especially useful for:

✨ Keeping the main kitchen looking clean and tidy
✨ Creating extra storage without overcrowding the room
✨ Giving small appliances their own dedicated space
✨ Adding extra prep space for cooking or entertaining
✨ Keeping food, drinks and kitchen essentials organised
✨ Creating a more luxurious, tailored feel

The beauty of a butler’s pantry is that it can be designed around your lifestyle. Whether you want shelves, drawers, worktop space, appliances or a combination of everything, it becomes a really practical extension of the main kitchen.

If you’re planning a new kitchen, we can help design a layout that makes the most of your space and includes the features that will genuinely make day-to-day life easier.

Walk-in larders: practical storage with a little bit of luxury ✨

A walk-in larder is one of those features that can completely transform how organised and enjoyable your kitchen feels.

Instead of squeezing everything into cupboards and drawers, a dedicated larder gives you one place for dried food, tins, baking ingredients, small appliances and all those everyday bits that usually end up scattered around the kitchen.

It can help you:

✨ Keep your main kitchen worktops clearer
✨ Make food storage much easier to organise
✨ See what you have at a glance
✨ Create dedicated space for bulkier items and appliances
✨ Make use of an awkward corner or adjoining space
✨ Keep the main kitchen feeling clean and uncluttered

And because it’s designed around you, your larder can include open shelving, drawers, baskets, worktop space for appliances or a combination of everything.

A walk-in larder isn’t simply extra storage. Done properly, it becomes an extension of the kitchen and helps make the whole space work better day to day.

If a walk-in larder is on your kitchen wish list, we can look at your space and design a solution that makes the most of every inch. 🏡

Why choose an independent, family-run kitchen company? ❤️

Because when you choose Pro Kitchens, you’re dealing with real people who genuinely care about the finished result.

Pro Kitchens was founded by Max, who has over 20 years of experience in the kitchen industry, from fitting and practical installation knowledge through to design and running the business.

Daisy, Max’s daughter, is also part of the day-to-day team, helping look after customers, appointments, communication, aftercare and social media. So when we say family-run, we really mean it.

Being independent also means we’re not tied to one manufacturer or one way of doing things. We can look at different suppliers, styles, finishes and options to find what works best for your space, taste and budget.

You won’t be passed around a huge call centre or feel like just another order number. You’ll get a more personal service from a local Nottingham team, from the first conversation through to installation and aftercare.

If you’re thinking about a new kitchen and want a more personal approach, we’d love to hear from you.

From design to installation, we’re with you every step of the way 🏡

A new kitchen can feel like a huge project, which is why we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible from the very beginning.

It starts with your initial design appointment, where we’ll talk through your ideas, how you use the space, the styles you love and what you want your new kitchen to achieve.

From there, we can:

✨ Measure and survey your space
✨ Create and refine your kitchen design
✨ Help you choose doors, colours, worktops, handles, appliances and finishing touches
✨ Complete the final checks before ordering
✨ Coordinate your installation
✨ Keep in touch throughout the fit
✨ Follow up afterwards with aftercare and any final finishing touches

So rather than being handed a kitchen and left to figure out the rest, you’ve got a team helping guide the project from the first idea through to the finished room.

Thinking about changing your kitchen? Your first step is simply booking an initial design appointment with us.

Thinking about a new kitchen but not sure where to start? 🤔

Booking an initial design appointment is the best first step.

It gives us the chance to sit down with you, talk through your ideas, understand how you use the space and start looking at layouts, styles, colours, finishes and the overall feel you want to achieve.

And don’t worry if you haven’t got measurements yet.

We can organise a site visit where one of our designers comes out to your home, measures the room properly and talks through your plans with you in the space itself. That means we can look at the practical side too, including how the room flows, where key services are and what layout is going to work best for you.

From there, we can start turning your ideas into a kitchen that actually works for your home, not just one that looks good on paper.

Ready to get started? Book your initial appointment with us and we’ll take it from there. 🏡

Did you know we have a showroom too? ☺️

Choosing a kitchen from photos is one thing, but seeing everything in person is completely different.

At our Nottingham showroom, you can come in, meet the team, explore our kitchen displays and get a proper feel for the quality of the doors, worktops, handles, storage solutions and finishes before making any decisions.

It’s also a great chance to compare colours and materials side by side, because they can look very different in real life compared with a screen.

We’re happy to welcome walk-ins, so if you’re passing, pop in and have a browse. If you’re planning a new kitchen and want to sit down with us for a more in-depth chat about your space, ideas and requirements, we’d recommend booking an initial appointment so we can give you plenty of time and attention.
