See your new kitchen or bathroom before the work even starts.

One of the biggest advantages of our design service is being able to properly visualise your new room before making any final decisions.

We create detailed 3D designs so you can see how the layout, colours, furniture and finishes all work together — and make changes before installation begins.

It takes a lot of the guesswork out of a renovation.

At Leivers & Vale, we can help with the whole project from initial ideas and design through to supply and installation.

Planning a new bathroom but unsure what it should realistically cost?

Bathroom renovation prices can vary by thousands of pounds, and it is not always obvious why.

One quotation may cover little more than products and fitting. Another may include the full design, back to brick removal, preparation, waterproofing to approved standards, qualified trades, full project management, finishing and an office to provide aftercare.

That is why we have created our free:
2026 Bathroom Cost & Planning Guide

Inside, we explain:

✓ Realistic renovation price ranges
✓ What a complete bathroom renovation should include
✓ Why similar-looking bathrooms can cost very different amounts
✓ The hidden work behind the finished room
✓ Why small bathrooms are not always cheaper
✓ How to compare quotations properly
✓ Common layout mistakes to avoid

The guide is designed to help you understand the complete project before comparing the price.

Thinking about a new kitchen this year but not sure where to start?

One of the biggest things we hear from homeowners is:

“We don’t even know what a realistic budget should be.”

That’s completely normal. Kitchen prices can vary massively depending on layout, cabinet quality, worktops, appliances, plumbing, electrics, and how much of the room needs changing.

We’re Leivers & Vale, a local family-run kitchen and bathroom showroom based in Netherfield, Nottingham.

✅ Clear, honest advice with no pressure
✅ UK-made kitchen cabinetry
✅ Full design-to-installation service
✅ 25-year cabinet warranty

We’ve also put together a free 2026 Kitchen Cost Guide to help people understand what affects the price of a new kitchen before they start getting quotes.

This bathroom has had a proper upgrade.

The old airing cupboard was removed to create space for a separate shower cubicle, giving the room a much more practical layout. We also took out the underwhelming electric shower and replaced it with a rainfall shower for a cleaner, more comfortable finish.

It’s a great example of how the right changes can make a bathroom feel bigger, better planned, and much nicer to use every day.

Designed, supplied and installed by the Leivers & Vale team.

Soft tones. Clean lines. A bathroom that feels calm the moment you walk in.

This dusty pink setup is proving that colour in the bathroom can still feel timeless when it’s done properly. Warm, modern, and a little different without going over the top.

If you’re planning a new bathroom and want something that feels personal to your home, we’d love to help you bring it to life.
