The process in these ceilings are a nightmare. Mould due to poor ventilation. No mist coat on original plaster. Wrong paint used on bare plaster. Job done now. Just another day

This was a tricky bathroom ceiling. Had a defective fan in. Fan replaced. Mould cleaned in 2024. The landlady picked a rubbish decorator to paint who didn't prep. Had to scrape all the old paint off. Seal with Gardz and then two coats of Zinsser Perma white. Job done ✅
