The master bedroom covers the entire top floor of the cottage. A pokey wc and basin fed only by cold water, was enlarged to create a true en-suite, with earth red tiles and bespoke shower screen. The position of the kingsize bed over the stairhead, makes even better use of the floor area. A beautiful airy space to wake up in.

Little House - With a full remap of the upper storeys, it was possible to create 2 bedrooms, both with en-suites.
The first floor, with its roll top bath and playful artwork works perfectly you for guests both little and large. Adjustments to the staircase and landing - taking out a modern stud wall, allowed for the boiler to be relocated from the kitchen. A cosy reading nook cleverly provides lockable owner storage, a cupboard to hide the combi boiler in, and a bonus extra space to sit and unwind.

Introducing the finished ‘Little House’ with a dinky footprint, this listed cottage has been lovingly refurbished from 90’s time warp to a gem of a holiday cottage.

The owners asked for a cosy and welcoming UK base, which could be let out whilst they are overseas. I think the first message on arrival says it all “Hi. Settling into our first night at the Little House. Each time
I visited the house it exceeded my expectations but none more than this time. It’s really perfect. Within a few minutes of being here we all felt completely at home. I have so much more to say when I’m less exhausted but I just wanted to say a big thank you for now. I really appreciate everything. We all love it! “
